A welcoming, comfortable and elegant apartment with round the clock security. All the rooms have air conditioners including the living and dining space. The neighborhood is residential , quiet and green. It is well connected by metro rail/ tube, public transport facilities, online cab services. Online food delivery services are available. I live behind the apartment and am available whenever needed. If you wish to avail of home cooked food it can be arranged at extra cost. The space This 1000 square feet apartment is located in Golf Club Road, Tollygunge, a five minute walk from the Mahanayak Uttam Kumar metro station. It is situated on the top floor of a four storied family owned residential building. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), two work spaces, a living space, dining area and a utility room. Much of the furniture is made from carved mahogany wood and teak wood. The bedrooms are airy and spacious. The beds have bed sheets, pillows and bedcovers. There are wardrobes in each bedroom. All the bedrooms have air conditioners. There is a smart television in the living room. The living and the dining space has an air conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and serving utensils, crockery and cutlery. There are two induction cookers. There is a refrigerator and a water purifier with a set of fridge bottles. There is a semi automatic washing machine in the utility room. It is semi automatic in keeping with the environmental consideration that it consumes less water than an automatic one. There is a clothes drying rack and set of clothes clips. The bedsheets and pillow covers are cotton ones and each bed has a bedcover. You have access to the terrace which is a delight all year round and can avail one parking space. Online food and grocery delivery is easily available while local vendors come by with fresh vegetables, fruit and fish. Pharmacies and local stationery/ provision shops are located within walking distance. It is a special attraction for golfers as the Royal Calcutta Golf Club and Tollygunge Club are both a five minute walk from the apartment. Guest access The terrace is airy and beautiful. The common space at the entrance can also be used for taking a morning/ evening walk. You can walk around the neighborhood. It is quiet and safe. Other things to note We use solar energy for water heating. Come and enjoy your stay while being a friend of the environment! During the winter months two three liter geysers are there in the bathrooms in case solar heating is not enough.
