Rental unit in Huez

"Welcome to our place. Please, NO SMOKERS (We also spend time in the apartment, and are non smokers). The apartment is located 400m from the heart of the resort where you will find supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, ice rink, outdoor swimming pool, ... You are 350m from the bus stops "Avenue de l'Etendard" (served by Transisère / Transaltitude). The space This cosy studio, can accommodate up to 4 people. Facing south, the studio is very bright, and you can enjoy the balcony for sunbathing. Please, NO SMOKERS (We also spend time in the apartment, and are non smokers). For sleeping, you have a large sofa bed (140 x 200) in the main room and a bunk bed (80 x 190) in the hallway (coin montagne). Sheets and towels are provided. In the kitchen there is a : - two ring induction hob - fridge (with a small freezer compartment) - oven : 45l (We DON'T have a micro-wave) - kettle - cafetiere - coffee machine (Senseo) - fondue set - raclette grill - a whole assortment of cooking utensils. TV (with usb port to connect an external hard drive/stick), internet (wifi), wall-mounted USB plugs to charge cellphones / tablets, .. For your belongings, you have a large wardrobe, 2 large drawers under the bunk bed and shelves. To go skiing, you have the choice between two ski lifts, located at 300m on both sides of the residence ("the Grande Sure" which takes you directly to the top of the Signal and / or "the Télécentre" which puts you at the foot of Signal, DMC, Chalet ESF, ...), or the free bus shuttles (the stop is 70m away from the flat): - Line 1 - Line 2 - Night line (18h30 > 21h45) Depending on the snow, the return can be done by ski on the track "Village", or by the lift "Télécentre" or the free shuttle. The ski cupboard is located on the same floor as the entrance to the residence, which avoids having to take the stairs with all your equipment. In the summer, you can leave helmets and cycling/mountainbiking shoes in it. If you come by car, there is the residence free car park at your disposal (subject to space availability) The studio is also available during summer which hosts a number of sporting events (Alpe d'Huzes, Megavalanche, Marmotte, Haute Route, Tour de France, Triathlon, ...). The residence is also on the Tour de France route. Other things to note Other things to note : - NO SMOKERS (We also spend time in the apartment, and are non smokers). - Please do not walk into the apartment with ski boots / cycling shoes. - Please use the cutting boards to cook (rather than cutting on the worktop). There are 2, one in wood and one in plastic. - Please do not take interior furniture onto the balcony. - Not suitable for animals. - No party. - Check-in time from 4:30pm. - Checkout by 12:00pm (noon).
