The comfortable and cozy attic apartment with balcony is situated in a quiet and sunny location. It offers you relaxation on the sun terrace of Ftan. It is an ideal starting point for hikes around and in the national park in summer. The swimming lake Lai da Pandal is a 5-minute walk away. In winter, a chairlift leads to the Scuol Motta Naluns ski area. The children's area and the cross-country ski trail start are very close.
