You will enjoy your own privacy with separate access from the house that is quiet and peaceful. It's a 20 min downhill walk down to the village which has a great selection of shops and cafes. Easy reach of local wineries, cycle paths and all the other attractions Hawkes Bay has to offer. 25 mins drive from Napier and 30 mins drive from Airport. The space Designed in 1977 for the McPhail family, this John Scott house has the classic John Scott features of heart Matai ceilings, concrete block walls and concrete floor with floor to ceilings windows. This John Scott studio has been renovated to include a new bathroom while keeping all the original features. Guest access Acces to the studio is done a gravel drive to the left or gravel steps beside the studio. You can back you car down to park beside the studio or park in the car park beside the steps. Other things to note This is a compact studio without a full kitchen. It does have a toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, fridge and a microwave.
