Your Luxury Rooftop Penthouse with Balcony

Your fantastic and spacious rooftop penthouse on 140 square meters (approx. 1500 square feet) features lots of daylight and space, antiques, art, air conditioning and your own private balcony on top of an elegant building in the city center of Vienna in the desirable and very safe 4th district, in the city center of Vienna. The space Your penthouse features complete privacy and luxurious comfort on 2 floors, 3 double bedrooms sleeping a total of 6 persons with American-style queen-double beds, designer kitchen, large single bathroom and single toilet, as well as lots of natural light and air conditioning throughout. You can enjoy warm days and nights on your 25 square meter (approx. 270 square feet) large terrace overlooking a quiet inner courtyard. This is our newest penthouse addition, with rental starting after complete refurbishment in April 2018. This is the neighboring penthouse to our penthouse number 1 (please see our reviews). From the entrance hall on the first floor the doors lead the Master Bedroom, both Junior Bedrooms, the bathroom with double bathtub and single rain shower, and the toilet. The entrance hall also has a dedicated luggage storage area below the stairs. The Master Bedroom with its queen-size double bed sleeps 2 persons and also has its own sitting area, a wardrobe and a cupboard. The two Junior Bedrooms with their queen-size double beds also sleep 2 persons each, each room also featuring a cupboard and hangers. There also is a foldable baby crib, which we will put up for you if needed. Give yourself a treat in the double bathtub or the grand rain shower in the bathroom on the first floor, which is also equipped with a washing machine/dryer combo, a hair dryer and sufficient towels for all our guests. The toilet is separated from the bathroom in a single room. In the storage room you can find the laundry rack, the ironing board and an electric iron. The stairs from the entrance hall will take you up to the second floor, where you find yourself facing the kitchen, the balcony and the grand living room with its enclosed dining hall. Your designer kitchen has all modern appliances necessary for a perfect meal, including an gas cooktop, electric stove, microwave and a dishwasher as well as a Nescafe coffee machine, electric kettle and a toaster next to all necessary fine dinnerware. Next to the kitchen is the large terrace surrounded by lavender plants, with a dining table for a maximum of 6 persons and a separate lounge area. There is an ash tray for all the smokers out there. Walking back into the apartment and past the kitchen, you are in the shared living and dining room with its giant roof windows, giving you lots of natural light. To the right is an oak dining table, sitting up to 10 persons. Your living room features a 55-inch Full-HD flat-screen TV with Netflix access and around 50 local and international channels. There is, of course, a high-speed WiFi internet connection throughout the penthouse. Your apartment is on the 4th and 5th floor of the building, with the entrance located on the 4th floor, reachable via the elevator. Parking is available on the street, you just need to find an empty spot, which is often directly in front of the house, or a maximum of one or two streets away. Please note, however, that the city of Vienna is charging for parking on the streets on weekdays. There is also a public garage in about 350 meters distance, open 24 hours a day. That way you also never have to worry about taking the keys with you when you are going out. You will receive your individual door code at the time of your booking via email. Other things to note Please note that smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. However, we provide an ash tray outside on the balcony, where smoking is allowed.
