Numerous restaurants as well as all shopping facilities for daily needs are within walking distance. Hairdressers, doctors, schools, playgrounds and numerous leisure activities are also available here. Brück is characterized by its natural yet urban location with good connections to the highway and the public transport network. Cologne-Brück has its own highway connection (A4), thus the best connection to the Cologne trade fair (10 min.), city center (15 min.), main train station (15 min.) and airport (15 min.), as well as to the Cologne East motorway junction (A3) and the Bergisches Land. Private parking space is possible on request. KVB lines 1 and 154 are within walking distance in just 5 minutes. (Line 1 runs 14 minutes to the trade fair and 17 minutes to Cologne's old town/downtown.) A game reserve with red deer is about a 20-minute walk away. Various swimming pools are easily accessible by car or public transport, as well as a sports center with fitness/strength sports/tennis/squash and many other sports.
