The Villa is located close to the sea in the area close to Fažana and Brioni islands, at the end of the building zone, in the quiet and relaxing surrounding. The closest sea area and available beaches are away by car couple of minutes. House has nice swimming pool with the outside shower as well as the belonging garden facilities for enjoyment and free parking spaces. There is a pastry production in the house basement so guests can enjoy our homemade artisan products. The space We offer hosting in 4 **** apartments, on the first floor and the ground floor of our house.The new offer we have is a nice swimming pool of a size 4mx11m and has been build following the high technical standard. It has an individual heating system to enable our guest to enjoy the pool usage even if the outside temperature is not very high. Pool has the deck chairs for guest to relax. Three apartments are decorated in minimalism, one is more old fashioned. All are equipped as per four stars apartment request. Each apartment has modern styled kitchen dining and living zone with the leather pull out sofa. The floors in all apartments are made of African exotic wood to make the feeling of being at home.the kitchen has all amenities for a family to cook and prepare their meals. Bathroom is in each department different but providing beside the full equipment ensure nice and relax time.The house is completely covered with the Wi-Fi free of charge. The villa has its own parking places free of charge for up to 15 places.
