Enjoy fantastic vacations in a quiet location on the outskirts with unique views of the Alps. Our new building is located right at the gateway to the mountains and is therefore the ideal starting point for nature lovers and athletes. Due to its proximity to the Halblech Valley, the accommodation is perfect for a day in the mountains. Then the nearby swimming lakes invite you to relax. The great roof terrace completes the day perfectly. Restaurants and shopping are a few minutes away. The space The spacious and cozy apartment on the upper floor of our new building leaves nothing to be desired with its 60 m². Access to the loft is through the interior staircase and is located in the east of the house. The apartment has a cozy charm and invites you to relax with its 4.5 m high ceilings and real wood flooring. From the bedroom you have direct views of the forest. You can ideally view the adjacent ski lift and the mountains from the living room. The large roof terrace, which is available for shared use, also offers a great view of the mountains. On the day of arrival you will receive a small welcome gift, with which you can end the first day of your vacation. In addition to free Wi-Fi, our guests have a flat-screen TV with Blueray player and a DAB+ radio. In addition to fresh sheets and towels, a small supply of hygiene products is also available. The kitchen is equipped with spices, coffee maker, dishwasher taps and cleaning utensils. From the loft you can reach the Halblech River on foot in a few minutes, and the fantastic swimming lakes Illasbergsee, Bannwaldsee or Forggensee in about 7-10 minutes by car. Through a key safe in front of our house, you get access to your loft and can thus flexibly arrive or depart within the specified times. Free parking is available in front of the property.
