Please read in full and make sure youre happy before booking. Small yet cosy room only (women only) in a family home. Perfect for a single female & simply want somewhere to sleep. There are no self catering. Check in 6-8pm, check out by 9am. Ask if dates are unavailable as I may be able to accommodate.Bed can fold into a chair, a small single! You’ll receive a warm welcome from myself, my daughter & our little dog. Happy to help with local tips/directions. This isn’t self catering so no kitchen. The space You have access to your room, a shared bathroom and I’m happy to make you tea or coffee. The kitchen isn’t for guest use, the rest of the house is private including the living room and kitchen. If you feel you’re looking for somewhere to rest but want to make the most of the day out and about exploring, this would be ideal for you. The room is small as the photo shows but I hope you’ll find it cosy and comfortable. Guest access Just your bedroom and bathroom are for guest use although I will happily make you tea or coffee when I am about 😁 During your stay Please feel free to contact me for any information and I’m likely to be around for a lot of your stay. please get in contact if dates aren't showing available as Ihave some blocked out and may be able to accommodate. Other things to note My daughter is usually up around 7am and check out is by 9am at latest. This room is perfect for anyone wanting somewhere to rest their heads for the night. The bed can fold into a chair if needed so isn’t a proper single bed. It has a foam topper as well as a feather topper to make it more comfy :-). Please note that this listing is for the room only, the rest of the house is private including the kitchen and living room. do get in contact if dates are showing unavailable as I may have them blocked but able to accommodate
