Other things to note Street parking is free, although it can be difficult to find a spot, especially Monday through Friday during the day. If you prefer to avoid the search, there is a parking lot just a two-minute walk away that costs about €11 for 24 hours. The location is unbeatable: a one-minute walk away you will find supermarkets, a pharmacy, bakery, bars and all the amenities you may need. In addition, the beautiful García Sanabria Park, with its famous flower clock, is less than 100 meters away, ideal for walking and disconnecting. Although Tenerife is a relatively small island, the capital, Santa Cruz, does not have its own beach. The closest beach is Playa de las Teresitas, about 8 kilometers away. You can easily get there by bus, car (free parking is available), bicycle, or even walking as the road is flat. To ensure a quiet environment, we ask our guests to avoid loud noises between 9 pm and 9 am. Most of our visitors are teleworkers, so we appreciate the collaboration in maintaining a serene and pleasant space. Check-in and check-out are between 8 am and 8 pm. If you need a different time, please let us know and we will do our best to help you. During your stay, cleaning is not included, but if you prefer not to worry about it, we offer a cleaning service at an additional cost. The same goes for linens and towels.
