Other Information: 1) The garbage house located just opposite the lifts in every floor. 2) Private parking are located at level 3A (Bay 131) & Level 7 (Bay 101). 3) Please do not lost the card or you will be charged RM100 per card. 4) CHECK-OUT: Please leave the house key and access card at the mailbox upon check-out. Please don’t forget to lock the mailbox back. 5) SAFETY: In case in emergency due to fire, the FIRE EXTINGUISHER is located at the outside kitchen yard. 6) SECURITY: In case any suspicious activity or event, you may contact the security guard house by pressing “1” on the INTERCOM. 7) Gym and swimming pool close at 10:00 PM. No safety guard on duty. Please wear proper swimming attire (strictly only swimming attire are allowed) and please make yourself dry first before enter the lift. 8) You need the access card to use the lifts, gym, building entrance door and car park. 9) It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the property premise. The Owner has the right to request any guests to vacate the property, without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. 10) In case of the default, the Owner has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the property occupied by him/her. 11) Airport transfer service available at RM75 to KLIA & RM25 to Subang Airport.
