Experience the charm of Holiday Home De Duinroos in Egmond aan Zee! Our cozy house for 1–3 guests is only 100 m from the beach, dunes and lighthouse, and 300 m from the lively center. After a sunny day by the sea, unwind on your private terrace with a book or a drink. In mid and high season we rent by the week, in low season at least 3 nights. Tourist rental only (no babies, no foreign workers/agencies). The person who makes the reservation must personally stay in the house. The space DESCRIPTION: HOLIDAY HOME DE DUINROOS Layout: Entrance hall, bathroom, toilet, kitchen with dining area for 4 persons and door to terrace. The kitchen is equipped with a combi oven/microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob with 4 burners. The cozy living room has a sofa, 2 chairs, coffee table and sideboard, cable T.V., free WiFi and vacuum cleaner. 1st floor: Via the staircase in the living room you reach the landing of the top floor. On either side are 2 double bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a spacious wardrobe. Others: * The entire summer house is perfectly insulated and equipped with central heating. * Information folder with brochures and opening times and prices. * Free parking along the street. * Free WIFI. * High chair is available on request free of charge. * Pets and smoking are not allowed Dimensions: Ground floor 25.6 square meters (living room 12 mtr. & kitchen 8 mtr.) 1st floor 19.5 square meters (both bedrooms 8 mtr. / unit) Terrace 11.5 square meters Other things to note We only rent to tourists, not to foreign employees. The person who made the reservation of the accommodation has to be present in person. Unfortunately, our accommodation is not suitable for babies from 0 to 2 years. We do not have a cot and also a child gate by the stairs. We do not allow guests to bring and install these items themselves. That is why we do not rent out our accommodation to families with a baby.
