Butterfly Garden Home with Private Room/Bath

Our home is located in a beautiful wooded area on a quiet cul-de-sac with 3 Butterfly gardens. Easy Key less door lock, bike/walk friendly, and walking distance to great restaurants,Fresh Market/Publix grocery stores. 5 mins to NFR Hospital, Oaks Mall, and Santa Fe College. Within 8 mins to UF Campus.I have a 9 lb Chorkie who is groomed, clean and well behaved! You’ll love my place,it is clean,cozy and has lots of butterflies and hummingbirds, and is in a great location close to everything!! The space Our space is beautiful, quiet and clean. The bedroom is comfy and you will feel right at home in our place. The gardens in the front and back of the house are inviting and relaxing. I have a Kuerig coffee maker with coffee and a Teavana tea maker available with tea and use spring water. Guest access The kitchen,dining area and living room are welcome to be used.There is a beautiful garden patio area adjacent to one of the Butterfly Gardens that guests can also use to enjoy coffee, breakfast while watching butterflies and birds. I've also added access to the greenhouse area beside the patio if a guest would like to plant some seeds to grow more butterfly plants and flowers. I have seeds,soil, pots and tools to offer for the planting. During your stay I will be able to assist in getting information about local activities, good restaurants and directions.
