Description
Cozy, cute and well-equipped apartment; personally managed, with independent entrance. Ideal for experiencing the labyrinthine city fully and peacefully. You can use the self check-in and enter the apartment independently or if you prefer, I will be happy to welcome you. The space Comfortable two-room apartment (40 sqm) recently renovated, located in the Dorsoduro district in central Venice in a very quiet and bright area. Shops, supermarkets and market nearby. The apartment is 15 minutes from the train station and Piazzale Roma, airport terminal and a 20-minute walk from Piazza San Marco. The nearest water bus stop is San Basilio, about 8 minutes away. Two spacious rooms, comfortable bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room with sofa bed. Air conditioning, linens provided. A crib and high chair for children are available. Small pets welcome by arrangement. Guest access Getting to the apartment is simple, whether you arrive by plane (city bus no. 5 or ATVO tourist bus), or by train (at the exit of the Venice Santa Lucia station, turn right and cross the Ponte della Costituzione), you will find yourself in Piazzale Roma. If you let me know your arrival time, we will meet there and arrive at the apartment by walking for about 10/15 minutes. In case of heavy luggage, you can book a porter or take the vaporetto to the San Basilio landing. Remember that Venice is a city that can only be visited on foot (or by boat!). I suggest you have comfortable shoes with you and, when possible, light luggage. From the airport, you can also take the Alilaguna orange line boat - Ca' Rezzonico dock. The trip, in this case, takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes, if the weather is nice and you are not in a hurry, it can be very pleasant. Again, I can meet you at the dock and there will be a walk of about 10/15 minutes to the apartment. Other things to note Tourist tax included: €4.00/person/night Registration Details IT027042C2VPMISRUP
