Located near Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Snow Canyon State Park and more. The space This quiet condo is located in Sports Village Resort, 860 S Village Road, Saint George, UT 84770. It includes a private patio accessed from a sliding door making it easier to bring the pets outside. We provide a pet cage (2x2x3) for for your convenience. This is a lower level unit which has 5 stairs down to the patio door. To access the unit from inside the building, it is 9 stairs to the main building and 14 stairs down to get to our unit. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher for your private cooking experience. Kitchen is also fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils to make your stay feel at home. A regular 12 cup coffee pot as well as a single serve Keurig are in kitchen. Toiletries such as body soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer etc. are supplied. You also have private access to a washer/dryer located in the unit.. You'll have a King size bed and a comfortable sofa with pull out memory foam queen size sleeper. There are extra sheets & blankets provided for the sofa bed located on top shelf in closet of bedroom. High speed wireless internet is provided along with a 70" 4K wall mounted Smart TV in Living room with Hulu live. All included at no additional cost streaming hundreds of channels for your enjoyment. There is a secure keyless entry pad on door for self check-in. You will be provided a personal code upon your arrival. We LOVE our Guests and aim to provide a customized five-star experience for every stay. * Please note, while we do accept pets for a fee, they are not allowed on the beds, we need the bedding free of hair for other guests as well. There is plenty to do to keep the whole family creating fun lasting memories. The rec center has equipment to check out for no extra fee. - Heated Pools ( a family pool, jacuzzi, kiddie pool and a separate adult pool) Pools will be closed Monday following Thanksgiving and reopens on Friday of Presidents Day weekend. - Tennis Courts - Pickle Ball Courts - Racquetball Courts - Basketball - Shuffle Board - Play Ground - Volleyball - Workout room - Ping Pong Ball Tables, Foosball - Indoor mini golf (Coming soon) Great Base Camp for all that Southern Utah has to enjoy. 10 minutes to Down Town St George, 20 minutes to Tuachan Art Center, Just Under an Hour to Zion National Park, 2 hour 20 min drive to Bryce Canyon, 1 hour 45 min to Las Vegas. Guest access There is a family pool, 0 depth pool for infants, adult pool and Jacuzzis. Pools are heated for year round comfort. There are 4 Community Charcoal BBQ grills with picnic tables located outside clubhouse underneath a Cabana next to pools. You may use the locked shed if available (shared with my 2 other units) by special request for bike storage if needed. (Please message me for instructions).
