Sandbank 1 is located on privately owned grounds, finished to a high standard for your satisfaction. We offer additional peace of mind during your vacation with automatic gates as you approach the entrance; allowing you to explore the local area as often as you like or to explore nature. After only a short walk you will be greeted by seaside, and a short drive will have you in our local fishing town called, Kilkeel. The space We pride ourselves in being a family-friendly self-catering accommodation, with a special touch of homeliness. The house comprises of: - 4 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - Living room, kitchen and dining area - Play-room - Patio with furniture and BBQ Other things to note P.S. Watch out for "Eddy the Teddy" who is a permanent resident of Sandbank 1. He is no ordinary teddy bear at Sandbank Holiday Lets. He likes to greet families and provide goodies, just for the children.
