With youthful, edgy residents this block still maintains the flavour of St Kilda and is ideal for two guest. The space My one bedroom flat , one level up and second unit in from the street flat is close to everything. Renovated in a clean beach style. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a fold out couch in the lounge room. Great for a couple or two singles. Sadly not suitable for infants. There is a fully functional kitchen that you can use on those rare occasions you do not go out to all the wonderful restaurants around you.There is no laundry facilities inside the flat but a coin operated common laundry in the laundry room down the back stairs.I love the flat when there is a little walked in sand from the beach across the road! Guest access Check in can be arranged 24/7 . The flat is on the second for from street level vis a spiral staircase. Other things to note Sadly there is no off street parking , however you have 2hour paid parking immediately out the front, paid undercover parking at The Prince Hotel one block away and free parking by the Cowderoy Café in Cowderoy street about two blocks away. The flat is on the second level up for the street via a spiral staircase(see Pictures) with no elevator access. Also there is no fixed Aircon unit at the moment due to access constriction but there is a very effective portable unit that can be moved around the flat.
