Holidayhome in mountainvillage near Granada

This house is situated in a small complex, just outside the village of Albuñuelas. The views from the balcony at the first floor are overwelming. From the house you can start several walks, drive to the beach (40 min) or enjoy the culture of Granada (25 min). The house is well equipped for 4 guests. In the village there are tapas bars, supermarkets, a bakery and a pharmacy. The space Basement: car park (narrow entrance) Ground floor: living room, small terrace with views towards the mountains, TV, DVD, living/dining room, kitchen with fridge/freezer, ceramic cooker, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, small patio, toilet. There is heating and airconditioning in the house 1st floor: double bedroom with balcony, bathroom with bath/shower, twin bedroom. If you rent for one month or longer there will be used special monthly rates. These rates exclude the electricity. This means that the electricity is on consumption and the local person that will do the meet and greet will take the meters at arrival and departure. The amount for electricity will be deducted from the deposit. The common pool is not mentioned in the advertisement as there is no regular cleaning. But it may be used. Guest access You can use the whole house. There is a small private terrace (2,5 x 1,5m) in front of the house. The common pool may be used but it not cleaned regularly. Other things to note The house is available starting from 16 o'clock. Departure will be at 10 o'clock. Please let us know in time how late you will be arriving so that we can arrange the meet and greet.
