Casa la Roza, relax in your own river valley

Rural house ideal for families or friends, designed for winter & summer living, nestled in 5,000 SQ M of private gardens with sauna, surrounded by hills, with a small river below. Enjoy the privacy and freedom of your own valley in a spacious house with views all around. A short drive from beaches, mountains, gorges and more. Experience misty mornings and starry nights, sleep with the sound of the river in your ears, and wake up to bird song. The space Newly built in traditional Asturian style, with 21st century comforts, including underfloor heating, wifi throughout and internet connected TV. The house has three floors - the ground floor living room has comfortable sofas and window seats to enjoy the views or read a book, as well as a fireplace and desk area if you need to work. The kitchen/diner offers plenty of space for cooking, with all the necessary utensils, as well as a small coffee machine for freshly ground coffee in the mornings, and a blender for smoothies. There is seating for up to 10, with views onto the garden. The utility room has coat and shoe storage as well as the washing machine/dryer etc, and there is also a small downstairs toilet. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom has sweeping views across the valley, a kingsize bed, 2 comfortable armchairs, a small desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower and bath. The smaller middle room has a queen sized bed, with bathroom just across the hall with shower. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed (can also be 2 singles), and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The attic has 4 single beds and its own bathroom with shower. Outside in the garden, the original horreo provides covered outdoor dining if it's raining. There are 2 BBQs for guest use, as well as all BBQ tools. There is a large flat lawn for ball games or yoga, and a little path at the end of the garden leads to the River Zardon, a haven of tranquility where you can relax and enjoy the ambience. Here you will also find the wood fired barrel sauna, comfortable for up to 6 people (adults only) and perfect for 2 to stretch out. There is also a small changing room and covered benches outside to enjoy the views and cool down, as well as dip tank for cold water immersion. If the skies are clear, Casa La Roza is also a wonderful place for star gazing. Relax on the terrace and enjoy the passing of the Milky Way overhead, and the occasional shooting star if you are lucky. This is our holiday home, we have filled it with art and furniture that we have collected from our travels around the world, and we hope you will relax and enjoy this space as much as we do.
