CIN IT095050C2000P3048 The space The price includes all cotton bed linen (including mattress covers and pillow covers), bathroom (face, shower, guest per head), kitchen and lunch, beach towels, beach umbrellas; wifi, digital satellite smart TV, electricity, water, tap with filtered water, gas, local taxes. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove and oven, coffee maker with pods/powder, blender, microwave-grill, pots and various dishes. First aid cabinet, mosquito repellent, mosquito nets on all windows, safe. Linen, shower curtains and equipment sanitized at each guest change. For the little ones, we have a crib (linens included) and high chair Garden with free private parking. Final cleaning €200 We open the fourth room for more than 6 adults; to have the extra room without reaching the number of guests we ask for a supplement of €40. Tourist tax of €1.5 per night, per person, for the first 7 nights, to be paid in cash to the owner upon receipt. Guest access The house is at guests' complete disposal, apart from a locked room and the garage under the terrace. Other things to note The house must be returned in order, no personal effects or waste, no dirty dishes and crockery. The guest undertakes to comply with the local rules for the separate collection of waste. If at check-out these have not been disposed of and/or properly differentiated, we will ask for a fee starting from €50.
