Nancy's Nook, a charming 1950s home, is easily accessible to Old Town Winchester with cozy rooms and easy off street parking — all in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Read a book in the back botanical sunroom, play games with friends and family, access the fiber optic high-speed internet, walk to the Old Town Walking Mall for shopping and dining, or enjoy the farmers market steps away through the gated backyard. There are at least 2 on-street spots right in front of the house. Street parking is free. The Old Town pedestrian mall is just a few blocks to the east, very easy walk. There are many parking garages and metered parking downtown as well if you need to drive. We have Walmart, Martins Grocery, and Target all within 2 miles of the property (you should drive). There is a Walgreens and an Exxon/Dunking Donuts, and a great breakfast and barbecue spot called Bonnie Blue all within walking distance (basically the backyard). We will leave you more details in our guest book. Other things to note There is a double futon on the sunporch for more sleeping space (included in the guest count). Laundry could be available for long-term stays.
