Live on our former fruit farm in the middle of Grafschaft - Bölingen above the Ahr Valley. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is wonderfully bright and cozy. In addition to the apartment, our common room and terrace in front of the house entrance can also be used. A beautiful place to end the evening in summer, for example. Parking spaces are available The space In 2010, we built a very nice new farm in a modern rural style from a dilapidated old farm. As organic fruit farmers, ecology is very important to us. The house is completely made of wood, the interior walls are all made of clay plaster. This creates a wonderful indoor climate that is also very suitable for allergy sufferers. We heat with wood and sun. We have not been an active fruit farm since 2022, so there are no disturbances from tractor or work noise. Guest access In addition to the apartment, there is a common room on the ground floor. There are games and books, but also a refrigerator with drinks, in case the weather is bad. Or you can open the large double doors and have breakfast overlooking the terrace, for example. The terrace also invites you to end the evening in fine weather.
