Room for a quiet rest

Hello, you need to have a good night after a ceremony, an evening, or passing through the region. We rent a ROOM on the ground floor with a bathroom and private toilet, in our house which is located in the village. We are 5 minutes by car from Lake Vioreaux, 8 minutes from the Provostière pond, 15 minutes from the Nantes to Brest canal For dining, it's a small village so the choice is limited. The space You will appreciate the tranquility of our accommodation without being isolated, shops are within 1 km. A Cocci-market open in the morning from 7am to 1pm, and a Bakery closed on Mondays; will allow you to do your shopping. We put a Dolce-Gusto coffee maker at your service, we offer you the capsules Bath towels and sheets are provided free of charge. Kitchen access possible upon request. Our presence will remain discreet. We kindly ask you to respect the checkout times of the accommodation (not after 10:30 a.m.) thank you for your understanding. Guest access Marked spaces are located in front of the house. The bedroom is located on the ground floor of the house on the street and garden side, not overlooked, and a bathroom and toilet are exclusively reserved for you. There is no kitchen access. The outdoor space in front of the house is also at your disposal with garden table and chairs to relax. We have two cats. We accept animals who know how to behave. During your stay Hello, my husband and I are from the Nantes vineyard. We have lived in Joué-sur-Erdre since 2015. We are rather discreet by nature, so we will let you rest peacefully. My husband is a pastry chef and chocolate maker and works nights in an artisanal bakery, as for me, I am a medical laboratory technician in Nantes, that's why we get up early. We are also sportsmen, running, cycling for him and Nordic walking, yoga, cycling for me. We'd love to host you at the house. So see you soon maybe. Nathalie and Yves. Other things to note We rent a room to avoid comparing ourselves with an entire home or studio. Please note that the Overall Rating you give is not the average of the ratings distributed in detailed remarks and that's a shame. The house is non-smoking for the comfort of all, however ashtrays are available on request for the outdoor space. For food, it's a small village, there is a Kebab and a Pizza vending machine. A restaurant is open on Thursday and Friday evenings. During the summer period from June to August there is a guinguette near Lake Vioreau which is open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
