Please note that the following cases will incur additional fees: ① Domestic shipping of lost items = will be sent cash on delivery. We do not offer international shipping. ② Disposal of bulky items such as suitcases or strollers = from ¥4,400 ③ Same-day cleaning cancellation due to guest reasons: If a guest requests to extend their stay on the day or cancels cleaning on the same day for any reason, a one-time cleaning fee will be charged.
