Central townhouse with patio and pool in Soller

Centrally located, in a small side street, is this modernistic property. The entrance hall leads directly to the living area and modern kitchen with access out to the patio and pool. In the house are on the middle floor the main bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite and terrace; as well as another bedroom with two single beds and bathroom en suite. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, both with single beds, and a shared bathroom. All bedrooms have A/C. The space The house is very comfortable as it is equipped with A/C in all four bedrooms and for the cold days it also has a central heating allover the house. Great WIFI is available throught the house. Guest access The pool is private and only for the house guests. Same as the patio. Other things to note The house although is very central it is also very quiet as there is almost no road traffic in front of the house. The house is located in a low emission zone (LEZ) and only cars with a 0 emissions label (fully electric cars) and residents are allowed to circulate. Please take into account that the tourist tax is not included in the rental price. For year 2019 it is 2 Euros per night per adult for the first 8 nights and for the extra nights it is 1 Euros per night per adult. Children under 16 do not pay the tourist tax.
