Alghero is one of the most beutiful and historical cities of the Northern Sardinia, famous for its beaches and it's nightlife during every season. The flat consists of a nice bedroom with a double bed, a second room with two beds, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine and a fully furnished kitchen/living room. The apartment has new windows and has a little terrace where you can eat on open air. It is in a strategic position, close to facilities, bars, supermarkets and restaurants and has lots of parking area near it. You can reach the first beach in town on foot in about 10 minutes. The flat is on a first floor with a modern lift. It's quite fresh in summer but there is the air conditioning, cold in summer and hot in winter. No noise coming from the street, mostly quiet. The position is really worthy if you really want to take advantage of staying on the beach or reaching others famous beaches like “Lazzaretto” or “Bombarde” which are only four kilometers of a cycle track. The centre of the city it's only 5 miutes by bus or car from the apartament but you can walk along the beutiful seaside of the city to reach it, making some shopping or eating something. On the seaside there is also a very nice cycle track. In the flat there are a lot of comforts TV, hair dryer, iron. Every room has a window, including the bathroom that makes the house very luminous. Bed linens and towels on demand for a little price. Ask for any information. Minimun 12 nights of booking in August. Guest access The access is independent on the 1st floor with a free lift. You could come back when you want with your flat's keys. The house is completely for the guests with all objects and items that you need included.
