Apartment -A1- VISITORS WHO ARE NOT REGISTERED AS GUESTS ARE NOT ALLOWED (there are two apartments on the property). Located in the village of Barro, facing Barro-Niembro Bay. Located on a gated property, it has about 200 m2 of garden. Parking inside the property (FOR ONE CAR). Terrace overlooking the bay. There are no steps or raised walkways anywhere on the property. Barbecue with utensils. Wi-Fi available. Pets can be loose in the garden. The space Two bedrooms. One bedroom with a bathroom and a 1.50 bed. Another room with two 90 beds. A 90x1.90 sofa/bed. A full bathroom for guests to share. Guest access The garden and terraces are for the apartment's use (THE OWNER HAS ACCESS TO HIS HOUSE ON THE UPPER FLOOR FROM THE ENTRANCE TERRACE VIA THE OUTSIDE STAIRCASE – SEE PHOTO). The entire area around the apartment is fenced and enclosed so that pets can be let loose (a 1-meter-high fence separates it from apartment A-2). The parking space (FOR A CAR) is enclosed inside the property (shared with apartment A-2). Other things to note There is a crib for babies (with bedding) that must be requested for availability at the time of booking the apartment. There is a high chair that is usually available. Dogs are allowed (2), but you must inform the owner of their size and whether the dog is friendly with strangers.
