The space This luxurious and new apartment (built in 2017) is an ideal base for discovering the South Limburg area. The apartment is completely self-sufficient. This includes a spacious open kitchen, living room, bedroom with bathroom and en suite including bathtub and separate toilet at your disposal. You also have a private roof terrace overlooking the meadows and forests. The Muldermolen is an old mill building, located in the middle of a nature reserve. This area is known for De Mulderplas, a protected area favored by fishermen and where the rare kingfisher broods. From the apartment, there are several beautiful hikes that make you feel like you're abroad. From castles to watermills, from sunken lanes to Beekdaelen. The nature reserve in which you find yourself is also known for the Geleenbeek. This is bordered by various lovely brasseries and restaurants, where you can enjoy the various delicious regional dishes. In addition to our 3 apartments, we also have a brasserie, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner or a slice of Limburg vlaai with a cup of cappuccino daily (except Tuesdays). The kitchen opening hours: Mon, Wed, Thu and Fri: 10 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Sat and Sun: 10 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. Guest access The fully self-sufficient apartment of 60m2 features a spacious open kitchen overlooking the beautiful meadows and woods. The bedroom has a bathroom and en suite with a spacious bathtub, from where you can look out over the green valley. From the living room, you can look out over the nature reserve around the Mulderplas. In short, you will feel like you are in the middle of nature. Other things to note BREAKFAST: You have the option to book breakfast with us. Breakfast can be served in your room between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. or in the brasserie between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Breakfast consists of: A croissant, freshly baked roll, ham, cheese, jam, chocolate sprinkles, butter, bacon and egg and a fresh salad with tomatoes and grated carrots. In addition, a cup of coffee, tea or cappuccino accompanied by freshly squeezed orange juice. €14.95 per person. Breakfast can be booked in advance or upon arrival. E-bikes: From spring 2023, we will have two E-bikes for rent especially for our guests. Enjoying the beautiful surroundings and effortlessly cycling up every Limburg hill with a powerful Bosch mid-engine and a 500w battery is now possible. Costs per bike are €32.50 per day, and we recommend booking this before your visit. COT: We are happy to prepare a crib for you. You can rent this from us for €17.50 per stay.
