The home has multiple entrances, which can be confusing at first, so we recommend checking the house plan included in the photos for a clear layout. The property includes a spacious outdoor dining area, a large, heated pool, and a beautifully maintained garden. Every detail has been thoughtfully prepared so you can settle in and feel at home from the moment you arrive. ________________________________________ THE KITCHEN The kitchen is a favorite among guests who enjoy cooking. It was fully renovated in 2021 and includes quartz countertops, a large refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, hood, toaster, Ninja Foodi Power Blender, immersion blender, food chopper, panini press, electric kettle, and three coffee options: Nespresso with milk frother, filter coffee machine, and French press. You will find high quality Tramontina tri-ply clad stainless steel cookware, a Mercer culinary knife set, plenty of utensils, plates, glasses, and everything needed for preparing meals. The solid oak dining table seats six comfortably and adds a warm, rustic touch. THE BEDROOMS The house has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 This room shares space with the living area and workspace. It has a Euro queen bed (160 x 200 cm) with storage underneath and a privacy curtain around the bed. Bedroom 2 Located in the center of the house, this bedroom has a Euro queen bed (160 x 200 cm) plus two single beds (90 x 200 cm and 90 x 190 cm). All beds have bedside lamps with wireless and USB charging. To reach the kitchen from Bedroom 1, you walk through Bedroom 2, or you can enter the kitchen directly from outside. We provide bedding, pillows, extra blankets, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. THE BATHROOMS There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and sink. One bathroom includes a washing machine. A clothesline is available behind the house for drying laundry. Both bathrooms have their own water heater and a bathroom heater. We provide bathroom towels, pool towels, hand soap, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board, and a few starter rolls of toilet paper. THE WORKSPACE / INTERNET / TV The workspace is located within the bedroom and living room area and includes a comfortable office chair, desk lamp, a 24-inch Dell monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a USB C docking station. Internet is provided through fast fiber optic service with speeds up to 500 Mbps. Three Ubiquiti access points ensure strong Wi Fi coverage inside and outside. Ethernet connections are available in the office and kitchen. There are two TVs: one in the bedroom / living room area (smart TV with apps) and one in the kitchen. Both have satellite and local channels. An Anker Bluetooth speaker is also available. OUTDOORS The outdoor area is 510 square meters and designed for relaxation. The private pool is 4 x 9 meters (36 square meters) and 1.5 meters deep, with an outdoor shower and plenty of space to lounge. The pool is heated to about 28°C during the season. Actual temperature may vary slightly depending on outdoor weather conditions. To help maintain the heat, guests must keep the pool cover on when the pool is not in use. The pool is closed from mid‑October to mid‑April, depending on weather. You will find sun loungers for up to 6 guests, umbrellas, and a shaded lounge set for 4. The fully covered outdoor dining patio has seating for six, swing chairs, and warm evening lighting. The garden has a grassy area with irrigation to keep it green in summer. A large gas grill is available. CHILDREN Families consistently mention how comfortable the house is for children. It is fenced with greenery and a wall, set back from the road, and has private parking next to the house. The owners live in a separate house about 50 meters away. House Edi is located in the small village of Vrecari on the east side of the Istrian peninsula. The beaches of Rabac are only 7 km away, known for their clear water and beautiful pebble shores. The historic town of Labin is 5 km away, offering charming streets, art galleries, and great restaurants. Other things to note Please note: Our region does not allow construction during July and August. Outside of those months, daytime construction at nearby properties is permitted. The neighborhood is usually quiet, but construction happens occasionally.
