Beautiful, spacious room with en suite over new garage extension in the semi rural village of Byley in the heart of Cheshire. Extensive gardens, outdoor sitting areas and parking. Located 30 minutes from Manchester Airport & 40 minutes from Chester. Breakfast by prior arrangement and at an extra cost will be served in the garden room. THIS ACCOMMODATION IS ONLY OPEN TO UKRANIAN REFUGEES IN THIS TIME OF CONFLICT I hope paying guests will understand and support this decision The space This is a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king sized bed, sitting area and plenty of room for a double air bed suitable for 2 children if required. Guest access Guests are welcome to make use of the garden and paddock for a seat in the sun or for children to let off steam. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided in the kitchen for guests to use as required and the fridge is available to chill any bottles/drinks. During your stay Recently retired my husband, Robert, and I will be around to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable experience. Other things to note We have a friendly whippet bitch in the house, but not in the guest room. Although we have farmland views from every window please note we do have a main road behind the wall at the back of our property.
