Megaron is a traditional village house, within a 10 minute walk to the centre of the village with its tavernas, cafes and shops and to catch a regular bus to the sea. There is a living room with TV & DVD, basic kitchen with microwave, air conditioned bedroom & bathroom with shower and washing machine. Externally, a spiral staircase ascends to the spacious roof terrace with shady pergola and lovely views. Enjoy the unique experience of living in a typical Cretan village. There is a living room with 2 sofa beds, coffee table, TV & DVD; careful not to bump your head as you enter the low doorway into the air conditioned double bedroom with wardrobe and cupboard. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, 2-ring electric cooker, kettle and toaster and there is a breakfast table with 4 chairs. Narrow wooden steps descend to the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Externally, a spiral staircase ascends to the spacious roof terrace with shady pergola. Here there is a table, chairs, bbq and gas hob, so you can cook and eat outside, Cretan style. Views are lovely looking out over the village, down the valley, to the sea and distant mountains. Kritsa is a traditional hillside village 10 kms from the seaside town of Aghios Nikolaos. It has shops, supermarket, mini-markets, pharmacy, bakeries, cafes and excellent tavernas. Guest access All the house is available for guests.
