A place created with a woman's touch, dedicated for those who seek tranquillity, inspiration & distance. ❤ Situated between the Kraków-Częstochowa Upland and the Beskidy Mountain range OLDSCHOOL is an excellent home base to discover the scenery of Małopolska, to immerse yourself in the tradition of the region and taste the subtle savor of local cuisine. The space ❤ STORY The history of this school reaches as far as 1915. Educational traditions were cultivated in here as well during the World War II till 1991, when the facility succumbed to partial destruction due to fire. In the year AD 2010, from heart's call and the desire to return to the roots I bought this estate and subjected it to refurbishing by my own design, with utmost care for detail, form and quality. Today OLDSCHOOL lives with its own life and pulsates with its own rhythm. ❤ INTERIORS Interiors that welcome you were designed as nonchalant twist between sophisticated elegance and historical context. The HALL will welcome You in great style by its high ceiling, representative stairs, original fireplace & extraordinary details, that will invite You to explore the interiors of Oldschool. Filled with ideas and southern light, the KITCHEN is the heart of the residence. Elegant whites of the massy wooden furniture, deep negritude of granite countertop, red club sofa and subtle lighting are the quintessence of artistic design and craftsmanship. Filled with light, the main classroom on the ground floor was redesigned to be a representative SITTING PARLOR: glazed doors leading to the terrace and garden, high ceiling, mood lighting, a set of couches and in the heart of the living room - a massive table for ten people. Double-sided fireplace, antique wardrobe and collector's accessories complete the whole. BATHROOM on the ground floor, is a spectacular bathing area: Walk-in shower with antique style rainshower, free-standing basin and toilet, hidden wardrobes and mood lighting. Attic BATHING SALON, resonates with elegance and practicality: a free-standing retro bathtub with sky view, cavernous chest of drawers with a sink and marble top, toilet and bidet. ❤ ROOMS: Four spacious bedrooms are the response to the essence of your needs, merging simplicity, diminution and noble classics. Each one is an emotion to discover on your own: ❤ Gratitude: Light filled Bedroom 17m2 on the ground floor, representative view, high ceiling, king-size bed. Colors: elegant white broken with greenery and heathers tint. ❤ Trust: Charming and quiet Bedroom 14 m2 in the attic, reduced to king-size bed, dresser and bedside table. View of the silent garden. Colors: noble white broken with azure. ❤ Tranquility: Bedroom 20 m2 in the attic, with garden view, king-size bed & minimalistic furnishings - a reading armchair, a bedside table with a marble top, a wardrobe and hand-woven rug. Colors: classic white meets dignified negritude. ❤ Vigor: Bedroom 20 m2 in the attic, overlooking the horizon, king-size bed, poufs, wardrobe, hand-made bedside chest, hand-woven rug. Colours: Energized white with exuberant colours of summer.
