The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from city with free parkingspace behind the gate. It's a quiet and very safe neighborhood. The apartment is in the first floor of an apartment house and It is suitable for 4 people. Private parking space is in front of the building. Bedlinen and towels are included. There is also cable TV and Free Wi-Fi Internet access. SMOKING in the apartment is NOT ALLOWED. You can smoke on the balcony and enjoy in the view. The building is located 10 minutes walk from city center on the right side river Drava. Apartment comprises entrance hall, bathroom with tub, toilet, kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bad, 2 bedrooms with single bed) . Apartment contains all appliances like washing machine, vacuum cleaner, stove, iron…, and some dishes for cooking. Bedlinen and towels are included. There is also cable TV and Free Wi-Fi Internet access. Private parking space is in front of the house. Smoking in the apartment is NOT ALLOWED. There is AIRCONDITION for hot days that keep you cool in summer. The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from city center, near all the necessary infrastructure, supermarket, nursery shop, post office. Right next to the heart of downtown. Main Square: 10 min. walk., City center: 10 min walk. Bars and shops 5 min., Pohorje: 10 min by car. To keep the apartment nice and clean, please change your footwear shoes when you enter(clean slippers are available in the apartment). Since we do not charge for cleaning during your visit, we ask you to take care of the cleanliness and empty the trash bin. 🙏 Be polite and nice to our neighbours and to people around the block. Quiet hours start at 10pm, please respect the neighbours. Be reasonable with our stuff and take care of floors, walls, furniture etc. Dont bring the party at home. I like animals very much, but unfortunately not allowed in this apartment. If any questions arise about the apartment, please contact me and Im happy to answer. We inform you again that smoking is not allowed in the apartment and that pets are not allowed. We ask for your understanding and wish you a pleasant stay Guest access Access to the apartment is possible from front side and you need a key which I I provide to you. For emptyng the trash bin I will give you the key to acess the space with garbage. Other things to note To keep the apartment nice and clean, please change your footwear shoes when you enter(clean slippers are available in the apartment). Since we do not charge for cleaning during your visit, we ask you to take care of the cleanliness (you wash the dishes you used, wash the kitchen elements, the stove, microwave, oven, vacuum the apartment, wash the toilet and bathroom, empty the trash bin). If you don't do this, I can do it for you, but you have to pay the cleaning fee of 70.00 euros.🙏 SMOKING in the apartment is NOT ALLOWED!!! You can smoke on the balcony.
