In the heart of the Pyrenees, in the Gaves valley, 2 steps from the Val d'Azun, we offer our authentic barn located, quietly, in a small village near Argelès-Gazost and Lourdes. Perfect for a return to nature and at the heart of outdoor activities, this characterful barn is the ideal place for a family stay. Relaxation and disconnection are guaranteed in a green setting with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. The space The barn is ideally located: Close to the major sites: Gavarnie, Col du Tourmalet, Pont d'Espagne, Lourdes... Hiking trails in the middle of nature accessible directly from the house 5 min from Argelès-Gazost: all shops, spas, baths and relaxation 25 min from Cauterets resort 15 min from the Couraduque cross-country ski resort in the Val d'Azun Close to the Pyrenees National Park Nearby and numerous mountain biking trails For cyclists, 2 passes in the immediate vicinity (Cols d'Aubisque and Spandelles) It has a large living room with living and dining room around a fireplace with insert and with exposed beams for a warm atmosphere. The kitchen, in the continuity of the living room, is fully equipped (oven, gas stove, dishwasher, dishes, etc.) On the ground floor there is also a separate toilet, bathroom and bedroom. Upstairs, a large mezzanine with a walkway in the center and, on each side of the barn, two independent bedrooms. A separate toilet with a hand wash on the mezzanine. The total living area is 140 m2. Other things to note Note: - linens and bath towels are to be brought by the tenants (sheets, towels, tea towels not provided) but it is possible to provide a set of sheets per bed if you wish (€60 for the 3 sets of sheets) - cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants before departure - our animal friends are not accepted - this accommodation is non-smoking
