No stairs which is ideal for older guests. Park beside house for children to play. Pool/Gym area has separate child's pool to enjoy. Also, ideal property if you are in for a round of golf. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house except one room which will be locked. Other things to note Use of the Pool House/Gym (By-Law 3.2.3) Use of the area within the building containing the swimming pool and gym is subject to the terms and conditions set out below: (a) Use of the pool and gym may occur only between the hours of 5:00am and 9:00pm. The security system is engaged at 9:00pm and all users of the facility must be out prior to this time. (b) Children under the age of twelve (12) years may only enter the area within the pool safety fence under the immediate and effective supervision of a responsible adult. (c) Children under the age of fourteen (14) may NOT utilise Gym equipment. (d) No food, alcohol or beverages are permitted within the pool safety fencing and the pool. (e) No drinking glasses, glass objects or sharp objects may be taken within the pool safety fencing and complex. (f) Running, ball playing, noisy or hazardous activities are not permitted in the area within the pool safety fencing. (g) Swimming pool equipment must not, without the approval of the executive committee be operated or adjusted. - Call outs from the security company may attract penalties should these conditions not be met and - All guests and visitors must be accompanied by an owner or instructed in the use and operation of fobs and equipment at the complex. Failure to adhere to all By- Laws for DP 270677 - The Peak could lead to a breach of ByLaw and possible fine for identified owners. The common property pool and gym facility at DP 270677 - The Peak is for the pleasurable use of all owners and their visitors, but patrons must respect others, be mindful of their own activities and how it may affect others and ensure that no items are damage within the facility.
