The 140 m² vacation home "Syltstyle 10" offers high-quality living spaces in the modern Sylt style. The space This exceptionally cozy house has a sauna from Klafs, gas fireplace, 3 terraces (one covered terrace) equipped with high-quality rattan and lounge furniture as well as a beach chair and garden loungers. Each bedroom has a box spring bed (1.80 × 2 m), electric blinds, large wardrobes and a private bathroom (shower, shower tub). One bedroom also has a small balcony. The two bedrooms and the living room have their own flat-screen TV. In general, the house offers high-quality technology, such as Sonos boxes, capsule machine, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. In the kitchen there are only Miele appliances: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven. Of course there is a coffee machine, toaster and kettle, etc. Bathrooms and kitchen also have permanently installed wall radios. Internet access and a landline phone are available free of charge. For the sauna, free bathrobes, sauna towels, shower gel and body lotion. The garden of the house can be reached through large window elements that flood the house with lots of light. It is not visible and borders the three terraces. The luxurious charm of the house is due to the elegant interior, which was selected with a lot of love for detail by an interior designer to make the house stylish and cozy for our guests. Thanks to the individual and self-made furniture, the house has a stylish and new interior. It is provided with plenty of beautiful dishes, glasses and kitchen utensils. Board games, small sports equipment and books are of course also part of the amenities. In addition to the cozy dining area in the kitchen with a corner bench, there is another oak table with 6 swivel chairs in the living room. The living room has a gas fireplace, large window elements to the garden, a large cozy couch to relax and it offers plenty of space. A highlight is the direct access from the living room of the house, a covered terrace with lounge furniture, which is also very popular in bad weather in winter. On the other side is the open terrace with beach chair, large round table and also lounge furniture, sun loungers and parasol. From the kitchen there is a third terrace, where the sun already shines in the morning for a cozy breakfast. There is also a beach chair, umbrella and seating furniture. The house is also located in a quiet cul-de-sac and is centrally located in the middle of the island. A bus stop is 100 m away. There is plenty of parking available for your cars. Bakeries, bike rentals, shopping, restaurants and leisure facilities are within walking distance. This depends on the number of people, the time of year and the number of nights. The visitor cards are prescribed by the municipality of Sylt and offer vacationers some discounts. The visitor's tax for the municipality of Sylt can only be calculated separately after booking. More information can be found in our confirmation message. The visitor's tax on Sylt in 2024 is: January to April: - €1.95 per person/night May to October: - €3.90 per person/night November to December: - €1.95 per person/night Children under 18 are also exempt from the spa tax, people with disabilities also receive a discount on the tax.
