Other things to note Our reception hours are between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. If the reservation is paid, the guest will receive the check-in instructions at their personal email address and can use it AFTER 6 p.m. It is important that the guest shares their personal email address and phone number in advance so that the information can be easily shared.
