Cycladic style house of 4 flats with terraces and common roof top solarium with sea view, summer kitchen and shower, in a beautiful traditional pedestrian village 6km south-east of Rhodes. Silence guaranteed, and to be respected. A peaceful and safe place, in a real Greek village worthy of a postcard. All apartments are decorated in order to offer a relaxing atmosphere as to make your stay as pleasant as possible ( WI FI, bathroom, air condition, kitchen, Nespresso coffee, bed linen, safe ...) The space Located on first floor, close to the iron stairs to get to rooftop. With a size of approximately 35 m2, it results from the union of 2 studios communicating via a wooden sliding door. Each room has air condition and its entrance door that opens onto the terrace, as well as its access door to the common bathroom. In the living room where the kitchen is located, there is an ottoman style queen size iron bed with excellent bedding, a closet and a table with 2 chairs. The main bedroom has a small desk and a book shelf, a closet and a queen size Cycladic bed. The terrace (shaded by a pergola) is equipped with 2 tables, 4 chairs and a small drying rack. This apartment is ideal for a family with two children, or two couples who will share bathroom, kitchen and terrace, with the comfort of having two independent entrances. Guest access There is a SHARED ROOFTOP It consists in a common space for all guests, where you can sunbath, relax on the sofa or sit on the stools looking to the sea, or just drink an ouzo enjoying a beautiful sunset on the village. Swinging on the queen size hammock looking to the stars is a beautiful experience. There you will find 4 mats with headrest for sunbathing, a shower, a big sofa for 6 people, 5 stools, one minibar fridge and one cooking place with kitchen sink, gas plate for cooking with olive oil (Spanish “plancha” ) and plastic dish service. N.B. You are kindly requested to tidy and clean, firstly to respect other guests and also to not attract animals. A MINI LAUNDRY ROOM (shared) will allow you to borrow all the necessary to clean, make your washing machine, sew and even iron if necessary: you will have the comforts to live as if you were at home. Other things to note Services on request: We can deliver on the spot rental cars, as well as scooters or quads at preferential rates.
