Double bedroom and breakfast in house

A room with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and an office in a recent family home from 2011. We are a family with 3 girls aged 16; 14 and 10. We have a cat and a small dog. We put one or more rooms available according to our possibilities. For this announcement, this is room V or room M. The space Recent and pleasant house from 2011. Breakfast offered at the family table. Guest access Upstairs you have free access to: - the bathroom with two sinks, one bathtub and a shower. - Separate toilets. On the ground floor, you have free access to: - the kitchen equipped to prepare your meals, - Dining area with piano - and the living room with TV. Outside, you have free access to the terrace with table, chairs, umbrella and deckchairs as well as the garden with lawn and swing. During your stay You will be greeted by myself Patricia or by Nicolas my husband. We're flexible, so don't hesitate to reach out to us. Other things to note We have a cat and a small dog.
