Double bedroom and breakfast in house

A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a desk in a recent family home from 2011. We are a family with 3 girls aged 16, 14 and 10. We have a cat and a little dog. We make one or more rooms available according to our possibilities. For this listing, it's either room V or room M. The space New and pleasant house from 2011. Breakfast offered at the family table. Guest access Upstairs, you have free access to: - the bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub and a shower. - separate toilet. On the ground floor, you have free access to: - the equipped kitchen to prepare your meals, - the dining room with piano - and the living room with TV. Outside, you have free access to the terrace with table, chairs, umbrella and deckchairs as well as the garden with lawn and swing. During your stay You will be greeted by myself, Patricia, or by Nicolas, my husband. We are flexible and you should not hesitate to contact us. Other things to note We have a female cat and a small female dog.
