Ground floor of a recently renovated traditional house in the Old City of Lefkada, 60 m2 with two bedrooms, sleeping 4 persons. Has a facade in a quite alley and a small courtyard. It is 5' walk from city centre, all restaurants and cafes at the canal and 40m from the municipal parking. Only the ground floor is available for rent and is isolated and independant from the 1st floor, where we keep our personal objects. Nobody lives on the 1st floor when the groundfloor is rented. The space The ground floor 60m2 of a tradifional house, recently renovated, fully equipped and furnished with provincial and old venecian style furniture. The house, originaly built in the late 1890's, belonged initially to our grand parents and continues to stay with our family as a holiday / summer house. Ceilings are wooden and of traditional local style and the1st story floor is built with rare timber taken from from the historical church of Santa Maura after it was demolished. Ground floor includes 2 bedrooms, one with an iron double bed and one with two single beds that easily can be joined as a double, livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and a small courtyard in the back side of the house. The kitchen modern and fully equipped with new appliances and a washing machine. Only the ground floor is available for rent and is isolated and independant from the 1st floor, where we keep our personal objects. Nobody lives on the 1st floor when the groundfloor is rented. Guest access Ground floor sleeps 4 persons. Other things to note The ground floor is cool throughout the summer season.
