Rental unit in Friedrichshain

Hello, I am Yves, french guy living in Paris and Berlin and I rent my berliner flat when I'm not there : located in the heart of Friedrichshain, the apartment is quiet, bright, central, ideally connected to the most central areas of town. It will be all yours when I am away from Germany. I hope you’ll love it as much as I do. The space BEAUTIFUL, BRIGHT 3-ROOMS APARTMENT IN A QUIET AREA OF FRIEDRICHSHAIN, BERLIN. In the heart of Friedrichshain, it is a ground floor, newly renovated, three rooms apartment in a typical Berlin Altbau 1900 with its high ceilings and a door opening directly on the street : it will give you an ideal access to the area every day life and hopefully you’ll get to know my neighbourhood. Located in a residential street of the northern section of Friedrichshain, the apartment is quiet, bright, central and only a short walk away from parks, cafés, swimming pool (5 minutes by foot from Samariter Str., 10 minutes from Simon Dach Str.). Also, it is ideally connected to the most central areas of town (4 stations from Alexanderplatz with U bahn 5, Tram M10 or S Bahn 8-9-41-42). You’ll find it the perfect environment for a short week-end or longer-term Berlin stay. With its 67 square meters, the flat can host 4 to 6 people. Spacious and cosy, its two bedrooms (one with mezzanine) and large living-room (with double sofa bed), will make you feel at home. Clean sheets and towels are of course provided, as well as free wifi . As I wanted my guests to have a maximum time to discover Berlin, I gave the apartment a fully equipped kitchen with a brand new dishwasher (no time to loose), bathroom with toilet and washing machine (ideal for families). I painted the flat with a different color scheme in each room that enhance the friendly, relaxed and comfortable vibe. It offers the perfect setting for a journey with family and/or friends, or for a business trip.
