It is nested in a quiet, peaceful cottage neighborhood. It will be the perfect place to relax when you’re not out exploring all Door County has to offer. Fish right off the dock or bring your boat. Little Sturgeon Bay is known for its world class fishing. You are free to use 2 kayaks, a paddle board and a paddle boat. The space This has been a very popular vacation rental for over 10 years. The cottage is fully updated and has tons of character. The vaulted ceiling in the main area gives it an open airy feel. There is a view of the water from virtually every window. You are only steps away from the beautiful dock and waterfront. There are 2 queen beds with memory foam toppers and one twin xl size in the upper bunk. In the living area is a comfortable sectional couch and TV with local channels and a built-in DVD player with DVDs for your use. Also ROKU tv. The cottage has WiFi with DSL internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils and dishes, microwave, and standard drip coffee maker. Enjoy indoor seating for 4 at the counter, or plenty of room on the patio for outdoor dining as well. The patio also has a cool covered tiki bar with lighting. The fire pit is right on the waterfront and will be your favorite place for evening bonfires & enjoying the view. Walking distance to wavepoint marina bar and restaurant. This cottage is on a dead end private road. It’s a very relaxing quiet area. Bring your boat for some fishing or recreation. We have a 52’ dock to safely tie it to.We can accommodate boats over 24’ if needed. Guest access You will have full access to the cottage, backyard, waterfront patio, outdoor tiki bar, and the dock. Also free use of two kayaks, a stand up paddle board, and a four seater paddle boat! Sorry no jet ski use. A Weber gas grill with propane is provided.
