Vacation home, the door to the sea

The house consists of main rooms with a double bed at the entrance and a sofa bed in the dining room as shown in the photo, a kitchenette, a laundry room, a bathroom, and an independent outdoor space at the back. Other things to note The town does not have drinking water (aqueduct) but private cisterns. We would be the ones to check the water level and, if necessary, fill it at our expense. No other costs for guests
