Ten minutes from Yinnar, Churchill, Boolarra and Morwell National Park. With towns of Traralgon, Morwell, Moe and Mirboo North within 30 mins. There are bush and Middle Creek Valley views from the unit. Also we have visits from Echidnas and Kookaburras in our garden and Wallabies and Koalas can been seen along our country road. The space Our modern 2 bedroom unit is separate from our home but still close to our garden and paddock. The unit has open plan living area with views of the bush and our property. There are 2 large bedrooms and full bathroom with bath and separate shower, also a laundry and toilet. The verandah has an enclosed railing, great for small children and outdoor setting with Weber BBQ. Guest access The unit has it's own parking area next to the unit that accommodates 2 cars with extra parking available a short distance away. Access easy walk in front of the unit then four steps up to the verandah. Guests are welcome to wander around our gardens and paddocks. We also have a large trampoline and swing set.
