The house was built in 1851 with the name of “Capannone” on commission from the noble Papanti family of Pisa, at the time owner of the nearby seventeenth-century former monastic complex of Miglianello. After generations, the house was completely renovated in 2007 along with its panoramic garden, also obtaining a delightful attic of games for children, and today Lara and Simone offer it to those who want to enjoy the history and beauty of the place. All guests are welcome! The space The house is a historical house with a wonderful panoramic garden with swimming pool and terrace, parking and with the following additional amenities: dishwasher, TV-sat, wifi, grill, safe and alarm system. Guest access Guests have at their disposal a large kitchen, a bright living room and a bathroom on the ground floor. Two large bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and finally a mansard divided into two rooms used as a playroom, with a sofa bed for any further need. Other things to note From the Fosca you can reach the town of Massarosa on foot, walking through olive groves or you can take the shady paths of the hills to reach ancient churches and the ancient villages of Pieve a Elici, Montigiano, Gualdo.
