We include a living/dining area for guests with tea & coffee making facilities, table, tv & sofa. There are is another listing with maximum of 5 persons. This listing is listed separately & comprises of 2 King rooms and a single room. The house is secluded within the town limits Comber square 0.7miles (2-3mins) Belfast City Hall 11 miles (35 mins) Newtownards 4.5 miles (10 mins) The space The Room:- King Size Bed, view of Scrabo Tower, Love Seat, wardrobe. Private Bathroom:- Large Bath, Separate shower, sink, Toilet with Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel and towels included Access to :- Utility room (Shared access) Complete with microwave oven, Electric counter top rings for cooking, sink, washing machine and dryer. Exclusive Dining/Living area for guests Table, Chairs, Piano, tea/coffee station, Kettle, Toaster, Sofa, TV, Mini Fridge with Milk Included Guest access We have set aside some space for a living area and table to eat for guests in a separate room with their privacy and comfort in mind. This is equipped with a kettle and toaster, fridge, cutlery and crockery. This space is shared with guests in other rooms if not booking the listing that has all 3 rooms Also shared access to the utility room which has a microwave oven, 2 ring counter top cooker, sink and a dryer and washing machine. They sole use of kingsize Bed in an upstairs bedroom and can use the family bathroom which (although not ensuite) will exclusively be used by them. During your stay We will be here in the property while guests stay and will be happy to help with any enquiries. The house is large enough to co-exist (in fact sometimes we lose each other in it), so dont feel like you are invading our space. Other things to note This is an awesome location if you are wanting to be in close proximity to Belfast (via car usually although there are 2 buses too) or if you want to explore around Strangford Lough which is only 2 miles away. Strangford Lough has a one of the Top 5 drives in Europe and this is practically on our doorstep. You can drive down one side of the Lough to Portaferry and then get the Ferry to Strangford and then drive up the other side of the Lough. There are lots of historic sites along the way and the place is steeped in history. Also note we do have a cat and she is very much part of the family. She usually disappears when strangers are around and is a very quiet cat (she literally meows once or twice every 3 or 4 days and I thought there was something wrong with her voice box when we first got her). She isnt allowed up on counter tops or tables where we would be preparing food or eating. If you have allergies to animal hair then this probably isn't the place for you to stay. We have a friend allergic to cat hair and she takes antihistamines when she is here and is fine but it is something to be aware of.
