Hot spring resort w/ a mountain view of Makiling .

The CAPTAIN'S LIGHTHOUSE is a newly built private resort with the most breathtaking mountain view of Mt.Makiling. It has an open space for events, a therapeutic hot spring pool with fountains , and an optional jacuzzi for cold nights. We also have a BBQ grill, videoke, and chiller/freezer for get-together parties (no extra charge)There are four bedrooms that has bed capacity for 24 people..good for family reunions, company outings, team building and get togethers etc . Spacious with parking . The space The 84 sqm open space on the first floor can be transformed for events, but if you want to just lounge around the pool, there will be chairs and tables available for everybody. There are two pools in the area: one is a kiddie pool that can be used as a jacuzzi, and the other is a 6 feet pool for adults. The adult pool has fountains that overflows the refreshing warm therapeutic natural spring water from Makiling. There are four bedrooms with 20 bunkbed space , 1 queen size bed with extra mattresses , the capacity of the area is up to 50 people for events only (not for overnight stay) and recommended capacity for family reunions and overnight stay is up to maximum of 35 people . No additional charge for extra people but some will have to share beds with other companions. We have 3 floor mattresses in case of need. All rooms are airconditioned. You can also access our roof deck that has a stunning view of Mount Makiling , Laguna lake and the surrounding area . Parking will not be a problem. There is secured parking area and open parking space in front the house for free. Location is not crowded and house is at the corner lot. Other things to note Our water is naturally hot spring water . We suggest advance notice if you prefer colder pool water. Advice us if you will avail of Jacuzzi . minimum charge of 500 pesos for 2 hrs. Mattress with fitted sheet , a flat sheet and pillow. you may bring extra blankets in colder months . All rooms are fully airconditioned. Bathrooms arev provided with soap and tissue paper . Water dispenser is with child lock for hot water . Please ask for assistance to operate Rice cooker , freezer, videoke. Gas stove is available at the resort for use but does not include gas. A letter of accountability to any damage to property while staying will be signed upon arrival. Please allow the caretaker to inspect the property before check -out
