Shared areas with gazebos, tables, chairs, sunbeds, sunshades, hammocks are at our customers’ disposal for a relaxing holiday. A wood-fired oven is available with the help of a pizza chef. The apartments are ideal for holidays not only in summer but also in winter, having the benefit of automated central heating. Shops and, bus stop at a distance of approx. 50 m and descent to the sea at approx. 750 m trains to Pompeii and Naples at 450 m. Typology This small residential complex is approached by a private lane (there are other apartments in the grounds). An external iron staircase leads to the second apartment of 65 sq. metres which comprises terrace leading to: living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, three double bedrooms and another bathroom with shower. Sleeps 6; with extra bed in living room sleeps 7. The manager, who acts as host and housekeeper lives in a separate area. This is to guarantee complete assistance to guests, in total respect of your privacy. Important note: the residential complex, which sleeps a total of 19 people, can be rented in its entirety subject to availability.
