Do not enter the neighboring private property that has a similar exterior design. As a private rental villa, all spaces except locked closets/drawers (staff use) are available. Please return any used items to their original places and dispose of trash before checkout. You are welcome to enjoy the villa as your home away from home. If any equipment issues occur, we’ll respond promptly, but repairs may take time. Significant damage or stains that affect future bookings may incur an additional cleaning or compensation fee. BBQ grill use: Free of charge (charcoal, fire starter, and tongs provided). Please bring your own food and seasonings. Note on weather: During typhoons or strong winds (25m/s or more), Sesoko Bridge may be closed, restricting access to the main island. Power outages may also occur. Guest access Sesoko Club is a whole-house rental. During your stay, you are free to use all facilities unless otherwise specified. Feel free to enjoy everything except for closets and drawers that are locked, as these are reserved for staff use. Other things to note After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you the accommodation information and usage terms (House Manual) via email. To prevent any issues, please ensure you read and understand it thoroughly. As we provide many amenities, we kindly ask that you return any items used to their original state. Upon checkout, please take care of simple tidying up, such as disposing of trash. Please note that when wind speeds exceed 25 m/s, the Sesoko Bridge will be closed, preventing access to the main island. There may also be power outages due to typhoon impacts. No cancellation fees will be charged while Okinawa Island is under storm conditions. Q: Are there cleaning tools available? I’m staying for several nights and would like to keep things tidy.
 A: We provide a vacuum cleaner. If you need anything else, we kindly ask that you prepare it yourself. Q: Can I extend my stay?
 A: It is possible if there is availability. Please send a change request from the "Trips" page. If there is no availability, we may be able to recommend nearby properties, so feel free to ask. Q: What amenities are available?

A: As a rule, staying with more guests than the stated capacity is not allowed. However, depending on the situation, it may be possible if you consult with us in advance. Q: Can I send my luggage to the accommodation before I arrive?
A: Since this is a self-check-in property, we cannot receive packages on your behalf. Please arrange with the delivery company so that you can receive them while you are present. Q: Is smoking allowed?
 A: Please note that if smoking is done inside the room, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Q: Are there insects at the property?
 A: Yes, as Okinawa has a subtropical climate and rich nature, you may encounter insects (such as ants, mosquitoes, or geckos). We regularly clean and take pest control measures, but it is not possible to prevent them completely. We recommend bringing insect repellent to ensure a comfortable stay.
