A central cosy restored Venetian apartment with great view to the magnificent Old Fortress and the amazing Spianada square, surrounded by old Venetian buildings, the Porta Remounda neighbourhood,greenery,trees and sea.There are a lot of nearby sandy beaches where you can enjoy swimming,sunbathing,coffees,coctails and local food.The apartment is situated in the heart of the amazing old town so all sights and everything you need are in close proximity. The space It has got a living room,a semi kitchen,a bathroom and a bedroom. The living room has a great view to the old fortress and the main square or the Spianada square. The bedroom has view to another beautiful neighbourhood square with trees and greenery and old Venetian buildings. It is quiet at night although it is central. It has got very thick walls so it is cool in summer and warm in winter. The mattres of the bed is orthopedic. Guest access Guests will be able to access all parts of the space. Other things to note An extra tax of 8 euros per day has been imposed on airbnb hostessing this year here in Greece, except the 15% of the total earnings we pay per year.
